Requirements

• Prepare investment sales advisory packages and submissions for commercial real estate transactions
• Responsible for complex financial modeling of commercial real estate transactions
• Responsible for the preparation of valuation analysis and marketing materials for Broker Opinion of Value (BOV's), Offering Memorandums (OM's)
• Manage the due diligence process and work through the marketing and closing processes for each transaction
