We are seeking a Store Manager for our Nidar store in Trondheim, Norway. The role will give you responsibility for creating good customer experiences, ensuring profitable operations, and developing a unique leadership role with responsibility for commercial operations and experiences.

Requirements

• Higher education in sales, marketing, economics or similar
• Relevant experience can compensate for education
• Clear and secure leader with the ability to motivate and develop employees
• Service-oriented and thrive with customer contact
• Experience with store management or similar
• Structured and independent work style
• Good storyteller and ability to create engagement
• Fluent Norwegian and good command of English both orally and in writing
• IT skills within Office and design programs (advantage)
