Job Description
Orla Mining is hiring Production Miners for the Musselwhite Mine in Northern Ontario, Canada. As part of our acquisition of the mine, we are recruiting Underground Miners to contribute to our ongoing development and growth. The role will be based on-site and report to the Production Supervisor.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of underground mining experience or previous experience operating heavy machinery
- Experience in mechanized mining would be considered an asset
- Ability to sit/drive for up to 12 hours daily
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
- Experience with Haul Trucks and Scooptrams (both Manual and Remote Control)
- Possess Ontario Common Core Certification
