Bilingual Operations Trainer (3rd Shift)

Ornua is seeking a Bilingual Operations Trainer to join our growing team. In this role, you will serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), providing hands-on training and mentorship to employees during onboarding and beyond.

Requirements

• Deliver step-by-step, on-the-job training for new hires and rehires
• Ensure all Week 1 and Week 2 training sessions are completed, documented, and communicated to management
• Monitor and reinforce compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)
• Adapt to business needs by providing training across multiple departments
• Conduct Lockout–Tagout (LOTO) and other required safety training for authorized employees
• Support conversations requiring translation between English and Spanish
• Identify issues, analyze data, and implement effective solutions
• Perform additional duties as needed to meet production demands
• Maintain consistent attendance and adhere to all company and departmental procedures
