Job Description
Ornua is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead strategic engineering investments and projects to drive growth, modernization, and competitiveness. The successful candidate will have experience in Lean Six Sigma and leadership roles in industrial/food-processing environments.
Requirements
- University degree in Engineering
- Extensive experience in engineering roles, preferably in an industrial/foodâprocessing environment
- Leadership, decisionâmaking, organization, communication, data analysis, and results orientation
- Fluent English â C1 level
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong commitment to quality, safety, and environmental standards
