Ambulatory Surgery Center Administrator

We are seeking an experienced ASC Administrator to join the team at our Matthews Surgery Center location, coordinating all aspects of the center's operations, patient education, and staff development.

Requirements

• Develops, establishes and implements short- and long-term goals, objectives, policies and procedures
• Develops, coordinates, and supports strategic and operational plans for the Center
• Develops proper clinical/OSHA/Safety procedures
• Develops and manages capital and operating budgets
• Strives for performance improvement with a goal of optimizing patient access, clinical outcomes, positive patient and family experience and sound financial results
• Develops, interprets, and implements policies, procedures, regulations, programs, and recommended practices
• Provides leadership to the clinical staff, focusing on clinical quality outcomes, operational efficiencies, and employee and physician satisfaction
