Job Description
Assisting physicians with basic patient care and providing customer service to patients while adhering to established protocols and processes.
Requirements
- Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Minimum of 3 years working as a medical assistant with 2+ years of recent experience in orthopedic clinic or hand/arm provider
- Strong focus on patient quality and customer service
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High degree of self-motivation and produces high quality work with minimal supervision
