Executive Medical Director, Clinical Development

Oruka Therapeutics is seeking an Executive Medical Director, Clinical Development to lead the design, execution, and oversight of clinical trials and contribute to clinical development strategy. The role involves strategic leadership, clinical trial design and oversight, medical expertise, cross-functional collaboration, and people leadership.

Requirements

• Medical degree (MD) with board certification in a relevant specialty
• Extensive experience in clinical research and development, including within the pharmaceutical industry
• Proven people leadership experience, including managing and developing direct reports
• Strong understanding of clinical trial design, GCP guidelines, and regulatory requirements
• Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills
