Job Description
Osborne Association is seeking a part-time Career Coach to support participants in the workforce. The Career Coach will provide career growth through training placements, ongoing support and counseling, and mentor participants in the pre and post employment phases of service provision.
Requirements
- Support participants in developing employment service plans
- Conduct outreach to promote program services
- Screen potential candidates for program enrollment
- Provide case management and mentoring
- Document participant progress
- Maintain relationships with external agencies
- Facilitate weekly workshops
- Attend interdepartmental and cross-functional meetings
- Attend assigned training
