Senior Backend Developer / Tech Lead (Russian and English speaker)

We're looking for a Senior Full-Stack Developer with a strong backend focus to lead one of the most impactful transitions in our company's history: consolidating 15 Shopify stores into a unified, scalable, appfirst architecture.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-stack development experience
• Strong backend expertise (~70% backend / 30% frontend split)
• Proven ability to thrive in startup or high-growth environments
• Solid understanding of scalable architectures and API design
• Hands-on experience with AI-powered development tools
• eCommerce or Shopify experience is a strong plus
• Independent, ownership-driven mindset — you don't wait to be told what to do
