Associate, Data Analytics

We're hiring a data analyst to join our Clinical Data Analytics team. The role involves analyzing data to support business teams in making informed decisions, using data to tell a story, and collaborating across the organization to identify actions to achieve improvements.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in SQL or proficiency in R or Python
• 3+ years of technical work experience using analytical tools and writing analytical reports
• 3+ years demonstrated ability to work with large datasets and distill analyses into relevant insights
• Strong communication skills, verbal and written, around business reporting impact and requirements
• 3+ years experience developing dashboards and working with Looker or other business intelligence/data visualization tools
• 1+ years experience in healthcare, consulting, finance or the insurance industry
