We're hiring a Manager, Network Recruitment to join our Contracting team. You will be responsible for supervising associate recruiters and network specialists, ensuring the successful execution of local network strategies within an assigned territory. You will also balance personal recruitment production with the coaching of team members to identify, source, and qualify high-quality healthcare providers.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in provider network recruiting and contract negotiation.
- 3+ years of leadership experience, ideally leading a primarily remote team.
- 3+ years in provider relations or network management, including experience building and delivering presentations to diverse audiences and levels.
- Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of equivalent work experience.
