Manager, Treasury

The Internal Audit Lead is responsible for managing their treasury operations, liquidity, and operational efficiencies, guiding cash management strategies and optimizing operations across a capital-intensive insurance environment. The role requires a strong understanding of Treasury practices and a collaborative partnership with the Treasury organization.

Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive experience in Corporate Treasury, Cash Management, or Treasury Operations
• 3+ years of direct experience managing corporate liquidity, daily cash positioning, and detailed cash flow reporting
• Operational experience using major online bank portals and managing fund movements
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field
