Senior Manager, Channel Marketing

We're hiring a Senior Manager, Channel Marketing to join our Marketing team at Oscar Health. The role involves leading the development of Oscar's growth initiatives with a focus on lead generation and Account-Based Marketing (ABM).

Requirements

• 6+ years of relevant work experience in performance marketing, demand generation, or growth-focused roles
• 2+ years of experience leading teams of direct and indirect reports
• 5+ years of experience identifying new and innovative ways to solve problems through marketing
• 4+ years of experience using data and analytical capabilities to solve business problems
• 3+ years of experience working with multiple vendors and managing agency relationships
• 3+ years of experience creating marketing campaigns that deliver quantifiable results such as Pipeline Generation, Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), and Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) optimization
