Senior Manager, Multicultural Insurance Solutions

We're hiring an Senior Manager, Multicultural Insurance Solutions to join our Insurance Product Development team at Oscar, a health insurance company. The role involves developing and executing multicultural insurance products, ensuring they are culturally relevant, affordable, compliant, and operationally scalable.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience developing, managing, or supporting commercial insurance products, including multicultural offerings
• 5+ years experience with ACA, including individual market place and small group products
• 3+ years of Demonstrated ownership of end to end product lifecycle management
• 5+ years Demonstrated experience designing and executing multicultural, equity-focused or population specific products
• 3+ years Experience working cross-functionally in highly regulated and sometimes vague environments
• 3+ years experience making analytical and data-driven decisions
• 4+ years of experience managing cross functional stakeholders and initiatives
• Ability to speak fluent Spanish
