Workday Architect

Oscar is hiring a Workday Architect to join their People Systems team. The Workday Architect is responsible for leading the design and management of Workday solutions across Compensation Time/Leave, and Payroll.

Requirements

• 6+ years of combined configuration experience across Compensation, Time, and Payroll
• Experience managing and delivering complex Workday projects and enhancements
• Experience managing and developing a direct report(s)
• Ability to engage and influence stakeholders across levels of the organization
