Job Description
The Batcher supports the daily operations of the concrete plant by coordinating production activities and keeping workflows organized and efficient.
Requirements
- Operate a computerized batching system to accurately produce concrete mixes in accordance with specifications and quality standards
- Manage all aspects of batching operations, including product quality, inventory control, and production scheduling
- Support plant maintenance activities, including routine upkeep and equipment operation
- Assist with staff supervision and provide operational support as needed
- Promote and maintain a safe, clean, and well-organized work environment
