This position is responsible for planning and supervising industrial projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and efficient completion, meeting all project goals, and maintaining safety, specifications, and budget.
Requirements
- Supervising pre-construction planning, tendering and scope development.
- Issuing subcontracts and purchase orders
- Planning and managing on-site construction activities daily
- Maintaining project financial status through effective cost reporting and tracking
- Assisting project managers and superintendents with supervision and coordination of direct labour and subcontractors
- Recognizing key issues and acting in a timely manner to expedite solutions
- Representing the organization in a professional, positive manner when in contact with clients and consultants
- Planning, maintaining project schedules on all projects
- Conducting regular project meetings with both clients and project personnel
- Effectively utilizing technology to optimize productivity and efficiency
