Assembler - 3rd Shift

Assemble equipment by following detailed instructions, using mechanical, electrical, and manual tools, and operate an overhead crane to position parts.

Requirements

• Assemble parts, wires, hoses, and hydraulics on JLG/Jerr-Dan products
• Install product accessories
• Operate an overhead crane
• Use hand and pneumatic tools
• Measure accurately using tools
• Drill and tap holes for wires, hoses, and small components
• Identify required options from schematics, blueprints, and Standard Work Instructions
• Lift and stack subassemblies and parts
• Crosstrain and work in multiple assembly areas as needed
• Follow written and verbal instructions precisely
• Maintain attention to detail to meet quality standards
• Keep a clean, safe work area in compliance with safety rules and 6S standards
