Director of Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning (SIOP)

JLG, an Oshkosh company, is seeking a Director of Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning (SIOP) to lead the Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning process, drive business growth, and optimize resources. The successful candidate will have experience in supply chain, operations, and planning, with a proven track record of leading cross-functional SIOP or IBP processes in a complex manufacturing environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 8+ years in supply chain, operations, planning, or related disciplines, with proven expertise in global supply and demand alignment
• Demonstrated success leading cross-functional SIOP or IBP processes in a complex manufacturing environment
• Experience with advanced planning systems, ERP/MRP, and scenario modeling tools
