Job Description
As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for attending to customer premises to carry out servicing, inspections, breakdown support and repairs to access equipment, including elevating work platforms, lighting towers, and telehandlers. You will also provide a superior level of customer service and liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure customer needs are met.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Trade qualification in elevating work platform technology, heavy vehicle, diesel, automotive, auto electrical or related field
- Ability to effectively communicate both written and verbal
- Ability to establish rapport with internal and external customers
- Drivers licence
- Proficient Language, Literacy and Numeracy
