Operations Manager

Oshkosh AeroTech is seeking an Operations Manager to lead production operations, drive operational excellence, and ensure compliance with ITAR and export controls. The successful candidate will have a strong background in defense manufacturing, leadership experience, and excellent communication skills.

Requirements

• Lead and develop a team of production supervisors
• Ensure safe, high-quality, and efficient production
• Drive performance across key metrics
• Oversee production of defense-related products
• Partner with engineering, manufacturing engineering, project management, and supply chain
• Support and influence production scheduling, material flow, and inventory management
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives
• Foster a collaborative, team-oriented culture
• Participate in union-related activities
• Manage departmental budgets
• Support organizational changes
