Responsible for applying paint and coatings to JLG products using electrostatic, air-assist, and other automotive-style paint equipment. Ensures high-quality finishes through surface preparation, equipment maintenance, and adherence to paint specifications.

Requirements

• 6+ months of painting experience in automotive, industrial, or heavy equipment settings
• Strong math skills and basic mechanical aptitude
• Able to wear a respirator and pass a Pulmonary Function Test (PFT)
• Ability and willingness to work overtime as needed, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to meet business and production demands
• Maintain regular and reliable attendance, in-person and on-site
