Production Supervisor - 1st Shift

Pierce Manufacturing is seeking a Production Supervisor to provide leadership and support to the manufacturing teams to create a safe, productive, and profitable environment. The successful candidate will plan and facilitate the work of team members to support on-time completion of production schedules, quality, housekeeping, and safety objectives.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED with three (3) or more years of manufacturing experience
• Strong willingness to learn
• Ability to plan and organize projects
• Good communication skills both verbal and written
