Job Description
Pierce Manufacturing is seeking a Senior International Sales Support Specialist to join their International Sales Operations team. The successful candidate will interact daily with the sales team and other key partners to effectively execute quote and order operations. Key responsibilities include preparing and coordinating international customer/dealer quotations and bids, managing contracts, and communicating with internal and external customers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree with three (3) or more years of business experience
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in sales, operations, or project coordination
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment with very tight deadlines
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- International sales experience
- Experience in bid and contract management
