Sr. R&M Engineer

Oshkosh Defense is seeking a Senior Reliability and Maintainability (R&M) Engineer to interpret, plan, and execute R&M requirements on government contracts. The role involves analyzing vehicle platforms, providing technical assistance, and recommending Conditioned Based Maintenance solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or equivalent)
• 3 plus years of related experience in heavy equipment, automotive, or defense industry
• Experience in reliability & maintainability engineering
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Products: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
