Execute system configuration, customization, maintenance, repair, and design of core systems. Partner with cross system teams to ensure scalable and repeatable technology solutions support business and stakeholder requirements.
Requirements
- Communicate with customer and information technology colleagues in a timely manner to deliver technical solutions to business requirements.
- Utilize ITIL methodology and ticketing software to track and manage incidents, changes, problems, tasks, and demands.
- Execute development, configuration, maintain, and test software based on designs set by senior level developers.
- Partner with business analysts, to lead business stakeholders and cross functional technology teams to execute business requirements.
- Conduct customizations, implementation, upgrades, document management, and support of the business-critical systems.
- Develop clean code, documentation, and follow best practices to ensure the support, upgrades, and maintenance of business systems.
- Proficient understanding of API development, integration, and message protocols (Postman, REST, SOAP, JSON, XML and equivalents) to work across enterprise systems.
- Familiarity working in agile and scrum methodology environment to ensure SDLC timelines and stories are completed.
- Support departmental cross-team project work.
- Ability to integrate data from various back-end web services and databases.
- Serve as an SME through incident management and support escalations and knowledge management use cases.
- Able to exhibit the use of best practices, methods of solution design and debugging.
- Serve as partner to end users in the best solution design to execute technical requirements.
- Ability to develop unit test plans and tests cases, to ensure customizations and configurations are well executed before deploying into production.
- Regular attendance onsite is required.
