Sr. Accountant

Assist in driving overall financial performance of the company by delivering accurate financial statements with measurable and actionable Key Performance Indicators. Lead and execute monthly and year-end close activities, prepare financial reports, and ensure compliance with accounting standards.

Requirements

• CPA designation (or actively pursuing) required
• 5–8+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Experience in manufacturing, project-based environments, or technology companies
• Strong understanding of ASPE, including revenue recognition, inventory and cost accounting, and fixed assets and capitalization
• Hands-on experience with month-end close and audits
• Advanced Excel skills; ERP experience required (Epicor)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
