Job Description
Ossium is hiring a Medical Science Liaison (MSL) to support pre-launch medical affairs activities for their proprietary cryopreserved hematopoietic progenitor cell (HPC) bone marrow graft product. This is a field-based role focused on deep scientific engagement with priority allogeneic BMT centers, investigator education, and support of evidence-generation efforts.
Requirements
- Advanced degree (MD, DO, PhD, PharmD, or equivalent)
- Minimum 3-5 years relevant experience as an MSL or in a scientific field facing role within biotech or pharma
- Strong background in bone marrow transplantation, hematologic malignancies, cell therapy, or immunology
- Ability to operate with a high level of organization and time management in a dynamic startup environment
- Willingness to travel up to ~80%
- Reside within 50 miles of a major airport
