Regional Manager, Orthopedics

Ossium is hiring a Regional Manager, Orthopedics to lead the selling and commercial efforts within a defined territory for our growing organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in medical device sales, specifically within the biologics space
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales quotas
• Strong clinical acumen and ability to engage in high-level medical discussions
• Experience selling into operating rooms and hospital environments preferred
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Strong analytical and territory planning capabilities
• Ability to travel within the assigned region as needed (50-75%)
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Capability to operate with a high level of organization and excellent time management in a dynamic startup environment
