Job Description
We are seeking a full-time Employee (m/f/d) Personnel Support with Focus on Training to accompany and support trainees throughout the entire training period, and perform various tasks within the personnel department, including creation, preparation, and analysis of personnel-related key figures.
Requirements
- Completed commercial training ideally supplemented by a further education with a personal reference
- Relevant professional experience in the field of personnel development or training are desirable
- Professional appearance and a high level of reliability and sense of responsibility
