We are looking for a valuation expert (m/f/d) on a full-time or part-time basis at the earliest possible opportunity. The valuation process is a fundamental basis for making informed decisions in the credit business. A particular focus of this position lies in the evaluation of agricultural areas and farm properties, which, due to their individual structures and usage concepts, pose specific requirements for the valuation process.

Requirements

• Creation of expert opinions for mortgage and market valuation of agricultural areas and farm properties
• Autonomous execution of site inspections including corresponding documentation
• Verification of plausibility of market and mortgage value opinions with a particular focus on agricultural evaluation peculiarities and business structures
• Observation and analysis of market trends
• Further development of efficient working processes in valuation between market and market succession
