OTC Flow is seeking a Sales Trader Environmental Markets to join our growing sales trading team in New York. The successful candidate will build their own client portfolio and provide strategic trade solutions to support clients in meeting their environmental compliance objectives.
Requirements
- At least a Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field
- 2 - 4 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, account management, or similar client-facing roles
- Experience in the field of sustainability or energy
- Cold calling experience
- Proactive, resilient, and ambitious
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Commercial attitude and entrepreneurial spirit
- Firm interest in financial markets and commodities
- Dedicated to achieving high targets early in your professional career
- Comfortable working in a high-pressure environment
- Excellent communication in English
