Analista de Recursos Humanos

We are looking for an HR Analyst to support our HR Business Partners and help drive people strategies across the organization. This role combines HR operations, data analysis, and business partnering to enhance employee experience and support organizational goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field.
• 1–3 years of HR experience (HR analyst, generalist, or HRBP support).
• Strong analytical skills and familiarity with HRIS tools.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem‐solving skills.
• English proficiency.
