Otis Japan Elevator Co., Ltd. is currently recruiting Escalator/Elevator Installation Professionals who will be responsible for installing elevators and escalators as part of the infrastructure that supports urban development.

Requirements

• Install new elevators with high quality and efficiency
• Follow all environmental, health, and safety guidelines to ensure safe work practices
• Travel on demand
• Establish good relationships with customers and other stakeholders through direct communication
• Conduct inspections before and after installation to ensure high quality and safety standards

Benefits

• 36 agreements with special provisions (up to 75 hours per month, 540 hours per year, for urgent matters such as delayed delivery or sudden events)
• Salary: 200,000 - 400,000 yen per month (gross)
• Possible promotion: 4.3% increase per month (based on this year's performance)
• Bonus: 6.29 months' worth of bonus (based on last year's performance)
