Job Description
We are seeking an Executive / ASM/ Supervisor - FED (Field Enginner) with a strong background in the elevator industry. As an adjustment supervisor, you will be responsible for daily scheduling and coordination with construction teams. You will also provide technical support to test engineers, conduct quality readings, and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults in elevators.
Requirements
- Min 2 to 16 years of experience in the elevator industry
- BE / Diploma in Engineering in Electrical & Electronics
- Strong background in Otis EH&S policies and OSS (Otis safety standards)
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to conduct weekly TBTs and daily scheduling of adjustment activities
