Job Description
Join Otis Elevator as a Manager, Maintenance Field Operations and lead our maintenance operations, providing day-to-day management and training of field staff, ensuring safety and quality of service. Manage operational efforts, costs, and customer satisfaction for our Yonkers, NY; The Bronx; Harlem; and surrounding suburban territories. Conduct field education training, improve efficiencies, and provide technical support to field staff.
Requirements
- 5+ years of industry experience preferred
- Proven experience working with a team of technicians
- Leadership experience is essential
- Experience in the elevator industry is required
