Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related discipline required
- Demonstrated analytical aptitude, problem-solving skills, conflict resolution skills, interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-directed with excellent practices, processes and procedures
- Demonstrated ability to plan and prioritize
- Sound Engineering background including wiring diagrams, systems analysis, motor and machine applications and control logic
- Fundamental understanding of Control System Logic and Power Electronics
- Understanding of mechanical and software functions
- ECAD tools (Cadence, E3, or others)
- Strong communications skills
- MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.)
