Repair Superintendent

Otis Elevator is seeking a passionate and driven individual to lead maintenance operations and provide exceptional service to customers. The role involves day-to-day management and training of field staff, leading operational efforts, and improving efficiencies.

Requirements

• High school education required; BA/BS degree preferred or equivalent relevant work experience (at least 7 years)
• Experience working with a team of technicians is required
• Leadership experience is required
• Elevator industry experience is desired, but not required
