Senior Machine Learning Engineer

We are seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to lead projects in building and deploying cutting-edge AI technology to power Otter's summarization and conversational intelligence products.

Requirements

• Holds a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field with 5+ years of relevant industry experience
• Deep, hands-on experience building and fine-tuning large language or foundation models
• Strong command of modern ML research and ability to critically evaluate new papers
• Extensive experience deploying, scaling, monitoring, and operating ML systems in production
• Comfortable working with large-scale speech and conversational datasets
• Highly effective at cross-functional collaboration and leading technical projects independently
