Production Packer - 1st Shift - OTSEGO, MN

Production Packer responsible for packing product or parts into shipping cartons, performing visual and dimensional quality inspections, and maintaining accurate product counts. Must follow all order specifications, adhere to safety procedures, and complete required paperwork. Must be able to lift 43 pounds 60 times per 8 hours shift and safely climb short ladders while carrying weights. The manufacturing environment is fast-moving and may require mobility to bend, stoop, lift, carry, lift above shoulders, push, pull, walk, and stand throughout the duration of the shift.

Requirements

• High School diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Ability to read, write, and speak basic English
• Basic mathematic skills including counting, addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
• Ability to read and interpret weight measurements on a scale as well as dimension measurements using fractions, decimals, or metric increments
• Strong reasoning ability and critical thinking skills
• Ability to wear all required personal protective equipment consistently and correctly
