Receptionist

We are seeking a part-time Switchboard Attendant/Receptionist to serve as a first point of contact for customers, shareholders, employees, retirees, visitors, and guests, ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere.

Requirements

• Answer and direct all switchboard calls
• Register all guests, visitors, and retirees
• Page employees or guests and make announcements, as necessary
• Monitor the security entrances of the General Office
• Perform clerical duties, such as data entry and preparing mailings to support business operations
