Job Description
We're looking for a Manager, Financial Systems to lead and optimize the systems that power our financial reporting and decision-making. In this role, you’ll provide strategic leadership and oversight for the Company’s financial ERP and related business systems.
Requirements
- Provide strategic and operational leadership for financial ERP systems
- Develop and maintain a long-term roadmap for financial systems aligned with organizational strategy
- Ensure the security, integrity, and availability of financial data across systems
- Lead system readiness and planning for monthly and year-end financial close activities
- Serve as the primary liaison and business owner between Accounting, IT, and business units for system enhancements and issue resolution
- Oversee system administration activities such as upgrades, integrations, testing, and issue resolution in collaboration with IT and external partners
- Identify and champion opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy, and controls through automation and workflow optimization
- Oversee user training, documentation, and support strategies for financial systems and reporting tools
- Manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
