Job Description
The role aims to work closely with senior management and key stakeholders to develop and implement strategic plans, identify central initiatives, and monitor their implementation in the M&A area.
Requirements
- Identify and analyze potential targets and initiate transactions
- Accompany due diligence processes
- Support in contract negotiations
- Develop business plans and company valuations
- Develop integration concepts and target operating models
- Milestone and financial tracking of completed projects
