Job Description
Ottobock SE & Co. KGaA is seeking a tax specialist in Duderstadt, Germany, to advise and support company groups in Germany and abroad on tax matters. The role involves preparing tax returns, supporting in tax audits, and understanding IFRS standards. The position focuses on both corporate and national tax accounting.
Requirements
- Participation in the preparation of corporate tax returns for the German Group companies
- Support in tax matters in national tax law
- Support in tax audits for the German Group companies
- Determination of tax items for annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS (IAS 12, IAS 34)
- Handling of challenging tasks in national projects with a focus on tax accounting (deferred and actual taxes)
- Supervision of the reporting system according to § 138 para. 2 AO
- Processing inquiries from group companies abroad concerning tax residence
- Preparation of VAT returns for the German group companies
- Independent and self-responsible way of working
