Job Description
The Chaplain PRN provides spiritual and emotional care to OU Health patients, families, and staff of all faith backgrounds. This role assesses and addresses spiritual needs, develops and updates care plans, and ensures culturally competent support in accordance with professional chaplaincy standards.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Theology, Divinity, Spirituality, Pastoral Ministry, or related field from a seminary or graduate school with accreditation recognized by the U.S. Department of Education and the Council for Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA) required
- 3 years of experience as a clinical professional chaplain in a hospital setting required
- 4 units of Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE) through the Association for Clinical Pastoral Education (ACPE), Clinical Pastoral Education International (CPEI), or The College of Pastoral Supervision & Psychotherapy (CPSP) required
