Job Description
Clinical Specialist responsible for designing, implementing and evaluating patient-specific and population-based programs of care for assigned patient population, providing leadership in advancing the practice of nursing, and serving as a change agent through individual and team coaching and participation in committees, task forces, and projects system-wide.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Nursing from an accredited school of nursing
- Basic Life Support (American Heart Association) certification
- Active RN and APRN license issued by the Oklahoma State Board of Nursing and Certification as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse – Clinical Nurse Specialist in area of specialty
- Additional certification required
