Job Description
This EHR Epic Patient Access Analyst position may be performed remotely from Arkansas, Kansas, Missouri, Oklahoma, and Texas. The role will lead the development, support, and functionality roll out of an Electronic Health Record (EHR) system, optimizing workflow processes through building applications tailored to meet the organization's needs.
Requirements
- Lead efforts to resolve complex technical issues and system errors
- Work closely with operations to develop and coordinate issue resolution plans
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as software updates, patches, and upgrades
- Coordinate and lead testing and validation activities
- Play a key role in strategic planning initiatives related to EHR systems
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the functionality, usability, and interoperability of EHR systems
- Establish and enforce governance processes and procedures for EHR system management
- Provide leadership and mentorship to junior analysts and team members
