Job Description
The Senior TDOE Specialist serves as a strategic leader within the Talent Development & Organizational Effectiveness function, driving OU Healthâs Talent Management strategy through highâimpact initiatives that strengthen leadership capability, elevate the team member experience, and reinforce organizational culture.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in Human Resources with a strong focus on Talent and Organizational Development, Employee Engagement, Learning Management technology, Performance Management, and/or leader coaching
- SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification at the time of hire or attainment within 12 months of hire
