Job Description
As a Lineperson on the Second Shift, you will be responsible for monitoring the production line, ensuring smooth operation, and maintaining product quality. This includes assembling cases, operating equipment, and adhering to safety and quality standards throughout the production process.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in a production or manufacturing environment is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing quality products
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks and stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills are required for measuring and weighing ingredients
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
